2021 Holiday Referral Terms and Conditions

• All AdvantEdge clients are eligible.

• $1,000 charity donation and $500 invoice credit per unique practice referral that signs an AdvantEdge or Health Prime agreement on or before March 31, 2022.

• Referrals must be submitted here by January 15, 2022 to qualify.

• Agreements must be for full revenue cycle management (RCM) services with a minimum term of 36 months.

• Credit and charity donation will be paid after the referral has been live with the RCM services for 90 days.
